Reader takes too long to download, too long to install, too much space, and it loads way too slowly. Then when the document is loaded, very rarely is the default zoom 100%. I opened the document to read it, not to see a thumbnail. By "read" I mean go from paragraph to paragraph, page to page, smoothly with no stuttering or jumping. And no, I do not need automatic updates, or extra software, I just want to see PDF's. Finally, how much money would you actually lose by allowing people to save a filled-out form? Is there some kind of black market for pre-filled forms that we do not know about? I would love to send a W-9 via email without having to buy a program to make PDF's from scratch. I just want to fill in a form.
